    • The Schmidt data can be observed / confirmed with a computer using a Terminal application.

    • Plug your computer com port into Schmidt com cable.

    • Select the correct port and set the baud rate to 9600.

    • An “Event change” is required to send data. This can be done by pressing (on and off) he green knob on the controller.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

  4. With controller power on (top left), press the Menu button (top right) to enter the Driver menu screen Use the assigned button to scroll down to “Simulated driving speed”.

    • Use the assigned button to scroll down to “Simulated driving speed”.

    • Select “+” to turn simulated speed on, then select the check mark to confirm this selection, then enter to return to Operator page.

    • Set spinner, conveyor and liquid to desired settings.

    • Press the “0/1" button to activate the controller.

    • Verify data flow.

    • When test is complete, repeat the steps above ensuring Sim Speed is off.

    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
