Carrier Xarios and Pulsor

The Carrier Xarios and Pulsor units require HRN-CCCAXAP harness to connect to the controller in cab.

Find the in-cab controller located in the vehicle cabin.

If needed, remove it from its mechanical support by sliding it upwards.

Connect the harness to the IOX-COLD.

Route the harness to the in cabin controller location.

If the in-cab controller is located near the rearview mirror, route the harness through the vehicle’s cabin columns (right or left, depending on where the IOX-COLD and GO devices will be installed and connected).

Unplug the male RJ45 connector from the controller that belongs to the original vehicle connected harness.

Connect the harness RJ45 female connector to the original vehicle harness that was disconnected.

Connect the harness RJ45 male connector to the in-cab controller.

The harness contains loose wires which permit connecting the IOX-COLD to additional sensors such as 1-Wire temperature sensors or door sensors.
